Bilal Khan FCCA, ACA

I am a dual professionally qualified Chartered Accountant and a passionate educator — a combination that defines everything I do at Both Learners. Currently serving as Senior Associate I in Transaction Advisory Services (Deals) at PwC Pakistan, I work in one of the most competitive and intellectually demanding areas of professional services: Financial Due Diligence, Valuations, FP&A, and Deal Strategy. Key clients I have worked with include PIA, Faysal Bank, Meezan Bank, UBL, K-Electric, and Martin Dow Group, among others.

My academic journey spans over a decade — from O Levels in 2008, through the rigours of ACCA, a BSc (Hons) at Oxford Brookes University, an MSc at the University of Dundee (Scotland, UK), and qualifying as an ACA member of ICAEW in 2025. I am also an active CFA candidate, continuing my commitment to lifelong learning.

Having personally navigated every stage of the ACCA and ICAEW journey — including the OBU BSc, PER, EPSM, and ACA — I understand the challenges students face intimately. That lived experience, combined with corporate expertise, is what makes my mentoring deeply relevant and results-driven.

My Story

Where It All Began

Both Learners was founded in 2018 at a time when I noticed a significant gap in the ACCA mentoring landscape — students searching desperately for genuine, experienced guidance that went beyond textbook answers and offered real-world context.

Having personally completed the OBU BSc, ACCA PER, EPSM, and ultimately the ACA qualification while working at PwC, I had a unique combination of firsthand experience and professional insight that most mentors simply don't offer.

The name "Both Learners" reflects my core belief: every mentoring session is an opportunity for growth — not just for the student, but for the mentor too. I approach every interaction with curiosity, humility, and a genuine desire to understand each student's unique challenges and goals.
